A lovely afternoon of art and sunshine at Ashton Manor Care Home in Lancaster

At Ashton Manor Care Home in Lancaster, we believe every day offers an opportunity for joy and activities that are meaningful to the people living in the home. To enjoy a sunny Sunday afternoon, residents enjoyed outdoor painting session inspired by legendary artists such as Claude Monet and Pablo Picasso.

This event was one of many ways we support our residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing, and is just a small part of the care and support we provide at our residential care home in Lancaster.

Joanne Tyson, the Home Manager for Ashton Manor Care Home, said: “It is always so lovely to see everyone so engaged, painting, laughing and chatting. Our aim is to make Ashton Manor an inclusive and vibrant, supportive community. Our Activities Coordinators carefully plan a wide range of activities to suit the needs and interests of our residents.”
