Astley View Care Home in Chorley recently welcomed a visit from Little Zoo To You, bringing a range of animals into the home for a hands-on and engaging session with residents.
The visit gave residents the opportunity to meet Millie the millipede, Jagger the bearded dragon, Michelle the giant African land snail, Zeus the corn snake and Flossy the rabbit. Residents spent time getting to know each animal, asking questions and, for many, holding them for the first time.
