Ashton Manor Care Home Transforms into a World of Imagination for “Fancy Dress” Celebration

Residents and colleagues at Ashton Manor Care Home in Lancaster stepped into a world of imagination as the home was transformed for a lively fancy dress celebration full of colour and humour.

The event brought something different into the day, creating a shared experience across the home and a lot to talk about afterwards.

Joanne Tyson, Home Manager at Ashton Manor, said:

“You could see how much people were enjoying it – there’s always such a good energy in the home. Our team puts a lot of thought into what we do, and sometimes both the team and residents enjoy something less structured, just for a bit of fun. It all plays a part in making sure this feels like a real home, where everyone can get involved in their own way and enjoy what’s going on around them.”
