At Evermore Care Homes, we know that the quality of life within our homes is shaped by the people who lead them day to day. This week, we were proud to recognise Kristian Hope, Deputy Manager at Astley View Care Home in Chorley, for his outstanding contribution.
As Deputy Manager, Kristian plays a key role in supporting both residents and colleagues. He brings commitment, integrity and a strong sense of responsibility to his work, helping to ensure Astley View remains a place where people feel safe, respected and genuinely at home.
He supports the team on the floor, works closely with families, and helps to maintain high standards across the service, Kristian approaches his role with professionalism and care.
In recognition of the impact he continues to have at Astley View Care Home in Chorley, we were delighted to present him with a very special Red Letter Day experience, chosen especially for him as a thank you for everything he brings to the home.
