Evermore Care is currently looking for a dedicated and friendly Weekend Receptionist to join our team at Ashton Manor, a luxury, state-of-the-art care home located in South Lancaster.

As a weekend receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring they are warmly welcomed and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will include handling phone calls, supporting the management team, and maintaining communication with residents’ families.

Main Duties:

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors.
• Assist with clerical duties such as printing, filing, and data recording.
• Assist with enquiries, home show rounds, and sales.
• Coordinate training for staff and monitor outstanding sessions.
• Prepare new resident paperwork and welcome packs.
• Keep resident records up to date and share regular updates with families.

Skills and Qualities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Previous administration experience (desirable).
• Positive attitude, good time management, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
